Job summary
The Intrepid Group is seeking an Online Travel Agency (OTA) Specialist in North America to maximize sales of our product with the Online Travel Agencies (OTA’s), to build and maintain relationships and offer continuous support. The OTA Specialist is accountable for the strategy, management and performance of the Intrepid Group’s North American OTA partners. All OTA activity should be focused to profitably drive top line sales growth, through conceiving and implementing programs with a strong positive ROI. The OTA Specialist will be responsible for developing high performing and inspiring campaigns across multiple OTA partners.
Who are you?
- Qualifications and/or experience in sales or marketing ideally in a travel industry role
- Understanding of PPC, affiliate marketing, SEO and API/XML feeds
- Personal and/or professional travel experience in over 5 destinations that Intrepid Group operate
- Knowledge of the North America travel market
- Competent in use of Microsoft office products & internet
- Canada passport or on-going working visa (without restrictions)
- Salesforce experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of API feeds and implementation
- They will be endlessly curious and highly analytical, with an extraordinary attention to detail
- Knowledge of the Canadian and United States travel market and broad personal travel experience.
